Shia the Original Islam Room Guidelines.

RULES FOR THE ROOM

-Introduction-
Welcome to the room Shia the Original Islam

These guidelines are there to address most misunderstandings, it will not solve every problem, please help us to keep an orderly room for the benefit of Muslims and Islam.

Admins please read these guidelines so that unity of administration can be achieved and we can work together in harmony.

Pals/guests please try not to undermine the room aims by always joking, laughing and mocking. It is a religious room for discussing matters of a serious nature between Muslims and non Muslim.

Most of the following rules were agreed between most of the administrators (admins) of the room on Monday 27th September 2010. If you have any comments or suggestions regarding these rules please contact an admin or super admin (see members list for super admins)

1-Everybody has the right to enter the room if he is involved in respectful speech and manners, no matter your belief or school of thought.

2-Everyone is free to discuss issues in the main public speech box/window, if you want to discuss in private or abuse in private it is between you and the person you discuss with in private. It is not the responsibility or blame of the room if something goes wrong.

3-Anything which comes under the category of being negative mentioned by these rules or outside of these rules (for example: insults, abuse, swearing, racism etc) the administrators (admins) have the right to deal with it in the room according to rule no (4).

4-Rule Penalty: 2 Red Dots – 1 Bounce – Ban 1 month.

5-Rule Penalty: Bad links & Bad cams: Bounce (this applies to those who post spam and virus links and run).

6-No one is allowed to curse personalities by name in room (like personalities of other madhabs/schools of thought), what you do outside of room is your responsibility.

7-Personal problems & negative comments between one admin and another admin are not allowed to be discussed in room at all nor backbiting of admins (discuss problem in pm/private).

8-No one is allowed to humiliate anybody in room through any way & under any circumstances.

9-It is not allowed to call Muslims kafir (disbeliever) or mushrik (polytheist) etc in room. If you have a proof for this brings the fatwa or reference so it can be discussed.

10- Pals and guests can use the mic to talk with the permission of the admins. Jumping guests on mic or jumping admins is not allowed. This includes admins jumping admins.

11- If you have an advert to post in the room please obtain the permission of the admin first, it is not allowed to post adverts/links without permission. You may be dotted and finally bounced.

12-Super admins have the right to hold admins to account if they were seen to be abusing these rules of the room.

13-No one is allowed to abuse Allah (God), the Prophets or the Imams of Ahlul Bayt. If anybody did that the administrators have the right to use this step of -1 dot – 1 Bounce – Ban 1 month. Meaning that after being dotted and undotted if the abuse continues then the person will be bounced and if they come back after 24 hours, when the bounce expires, then a ban of 1 month will apply to that person.

14-No one from Super Admins is allowed to release any banned person unless he/she gets the permission from the Super Admin that applied that ban

15- No one from administrators has the right to release anyone from a dot unless he/she get the permission from the admin who dotted that person.

16-If an admin fails to activate his/her account for a long time Super admins cannot be blamed if the admin loses the admin privilege. Super admins don't carry any responsibility if an admin was removed from admin list because he/she didn’t activate his account.

17- Administrators are not allowed to discuss room problems in public at all.

18-Political discussions are allowed with limits of morality & respect.

19-when administrators (admins) dot a person on microphone (mic) to clarify something, he/she must undot him/her directly after removing the person from mic.

20-If any admin or pal wishes to use mic while someone is already using the mic they must indicate in the text and by raising their hand. It maybe that the person does not see you straight away so have patience and repeat your message to the one on mic.

Notices & Recommendations:

A - If we say Administrators (admins) in this guideline we mean Super Admins too.

B - This Forum includes: Owner, Super Administrators, Administrators & Pals.

C - We recommending administrators to be patient and exercise wisdom as much as possible before acting according to the rules.

D - Teach people good manners through deeds before knowledge and preaching.

E - Respect all human beings.

F - Recommending administrators (admins) to use private messages (pm) In case of problems.

G - Give the rest of the administrators(admins) & pals the chance to debate or discuss on mic.

H - Recommending administrators (admins) to serve Ahlul bait & preach Islam through adding and inviting people on Paltalk and those that visit the room always, the same way you will find any Islamic center invites people to attend it.

I - All administrators (admins) must deal as one family & team always.

J - Recommending administrators (admins) to be aware of everything which may separate the unity of Muslims and to use good speech, scientific/academic style debates, celestial books& references for proof.

K - Recommending administrators (admins) to not play records always because this thing make the room numbers go down but instead through opening topics and debates & doing invitations at the same time the room will be so active for sure ( from experience ).

L - Most of the following rules were agreed between most of the administrators (Admins) of the room on Monday 27th September 2010. If you have any comments or suggestions regarding these rules please contact an admin or super admin (see members list for super admins).

M - If there are any mistakes or anything to be added to this notice please contact admins.
